How can I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
To determine the amount needed, measure the length and width of your room to find the square footage. We recommend adding a 10% 'waste factor' to your total to account for cuts, corners, and future repairs.
Do you offer samples before I make a full purchase?
Yes, we offer sample swatches for most of our hardwood, laminate, and vinyl collections. You can order these directly from the product page to see how the color and texture look in your home's lighting.
What is your shipping policy for heavy flooring crates?
We use specialized freight carriers for large orders. Most orders are delivered curbside via a lift-gate truck. Shipping times typically range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
Can your flooring be installed over radiant heating systems?
Many of our engineered wood and luxury vinyl products are compatible with radiant heat. However, please check the specific product specifications or contact our support team to ensure the warranty remains valid for your specific system.
What is your return policy if I have leftover boxes?
We accept returns on unopened, resalable boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return freight shipping costs.
