At Arko Flooring, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flooring isn't the perfect fit, you can return uninstalled and unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team with your order number and details regarding the specific items you wish to return.

    Prepare Your Shipment

    Ensure all flooring planks are in their original, unopened packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

    Once approved, we will provide a return authorization number and help you coordinate the logistics with our preferred freight carriers.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    After our warehouse inspects the returned materials for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
